The Hermitage, Wexford Town

Jordan Auctioneers successfully sold the Hermitage, Drinagh, Wexford last week. Before a packed auction room Paddy Jordan offered the proeprty for sale in three lots before the entire was bid to €720,000 and withdrawn for negotiaion. It is understood a sale was agreed after for an undisclosed sum.
